Phoenix CSTS 2015 Sold Out Once Again

Thanks to the wonderful community of Browncoats in Phoenix, the Can't Stop The Serenity screening has sold out for the fourth year in a row!

Didn't get tickets? Sorry, unfortunately there's only so many seats in a movie theater. We do still have 8 tickets remaining, so if you had your heart set on going, you might still have a chance, but I can't make any promises. Either way hope to see you there, or maybe next year!

Join the crew in 2015!

The new year is upon us, along with a new membership year and officer elections!

Nominations for President and Treasurer have already begun, and Secretary, Events Director, and Communications Director will follow soon after. We need your participation to make the next year as good as it can get!

"Book" The Date!

Please join Kids Need to Read as we celebrate the official opening of our new headquarters!

Kids Need to Read - Volunteers Requested!

As many of you know, one of our charities is Kids Need to Read (KNTR for Short), and they're expanding at a crazy-awesome rate this year.  So much so that they need a few extra folks to pitch in and help out on their upcoming special events.

If you're able to help, please give Lori a call at 480-256-0115 or by emailing info (at)

Watching other people gaming for a cause

We Browncoats enjoy participating in charity events! Well here's a nice easy one that you can join in on from the comfort of your own computer (or even phone). One of our original members, known online as GermanCityGirl, and her counterpart, the aptly named GermanCity, moved to Seattle several years ago and have since become very involved with GeekGirlCon (worth looking up).

On October 25th, GermanCity will be representing GeekGirlCon in a 24 hour marathon to raise money for Seattle Children's Hospital. You can watch him (and the D&D team) play through Hoard of the Dragon Queen in a livestream on the D&D Twitch TV channel. You can donate to their efforts on their page any time.
